Window and Door Installation Technician

Qualified candidates will have experience with window and door replacements. They also must take pride in their work and have great customer service skills. Candidates must also be very dependable.
ABILITIES AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
- Must be able to successfully complete a background check, drug test and Human Performance Evaluation
- Must be proficient in reading & writing using the English language
- Must have the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must be able to lift 100 pounds from floor to waist
- Must be able to perform repetitive bending, turning, twisting, kneeling and reaching motions, in addition to lifting some materials overhead
- Must be able to use power tools and hand tools
- Must be able to read a tape measure
- Must have mechanical abilities
- Must be able to work safely from step and extension ladders.
EDUCATION AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be at least 18 years of age.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS:
Must have Lead Renovator Certificate or acquire one at the next lead certification class.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Must be able to work in all types of environments under all types of weather conditions.
